Bridging loans are short-term property loans secured against
either residential or commercial property on a first or
second charge basis.
Loans can be arranged for individuals and companies whether
based in the UK or offshore and can be used for any legal
purpose.
Typical Bridging finance can be arranged on the following

- For a period of 1 month to 24 months
- Loans from £26,000 with no upper limits
- Interest rates from 1 % per month
- Interest can be rolled up over the period of the
