% Development Finance / Mezzanine Funding

property development. This is arranged through a Mezzanine
funding partnership and can be for both the experienced
and new emerging developers alike.
A high street bank will be the senior debt provider i.e.
provide 70 % funding and the specialist Mezzanine finance
company will provide the extra 30%. The extra finance
will be provided on a shared profit basis which means
that the developer splits the profit with the Mezzanine
finance company 50:50.
This split can be reduced in favour of the developer if
he can invest some of his own money into the project.
